My role at Skoulikas Bedford is focused on customer service and order processing for customers across the UK and internationally. I am responsible for inputting orders accurately and ensuring customer requirements are handled efficiently.

I work closely with the Logistics team to help coordinate orders, support delivery arrangements, and make sure everything runs smoothly from order placement through to dispatch. I am also happy to assist with customer queries, helping to provide a helpful and reliable service.

In addition to my main responsibilities, I support the Accounts team when required, assisting with tasks where needed and helping the wider business operate effectively.
